How to Become a Member

Follow these simple steps to join our cooperative community

Attend Online Pre-Membership Education Seminar

Our pre-membership education seminar will help you understand the benefits, rights, and responsibilities of being a cooperative member. You must complete all 6 modules to proceed to the assessment.

You must complete all 6 modules to take the assessment. Your progress will be saved automatically.

Take the Assessment

After watching all the seminar modules, test your understanding by completing our membership assessment form.

You must complete all 6 video modules before taking the assessment.

The assessment consists of 20 multiple-choice questions
You have 30 minutes to complete the assessment
You can retake the assessment if you don't pass on your first attempt
You must score at least 80% to pass the assessment

Receive Your Certificate

Upon successfully passing the assessment, you will receive a pre-membership certificate via email.

Your certificate will be sent within 24 hours of passing the assessment.

If you don't pass the assessment:

Review the video modules again
You can retake the assessment anytime
There is no limit on the number of attempts

Complete Your Application

Visit our office with your pre-membership certificate and required documents to finalize your membership.

Valid government-issued ID
Proof of residence
2x2 ID photo
Membership application form (provided at the office)

Initial Payment:

Membership fee: ₱150
Minimum share capital: ₱3,000
Savings deposit: ₱1,000

Your membership ID and passbook will be issued in the Office.
